Our primary offerings are multi-day training courses. The list price of these public events varies depending on the specific offering, and is shown as a part of the checkout process. In the event that discount codes are available for a class, you may apply the discount code during the checkout process.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time.
Whenever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure manner using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
We work diligently to protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Requests for cancellation of your place for an upcoming class must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the start of the course. Registrants requesting cancellations at least 14 days prior to the start of their course may transfer their registration to a later date with no transfer fee. If no transfer is requested, a full refund will be issued.
Registrants requesting cancellations less than 14 days prior to the course may transfer their registration to a later date with a $50 transfer fee. No refunds will be issued.
Registrants requesting cancellations less than 7 days prior to the course may transfer their registration to a later date with a $250 transfer fee. No refunds will be issued.
No-Show Policy - No refunds are issued and no course date transfer is possible for Registrants who are no-shows for a course.
Should the organizer cancel the course for any reason, each Registrant will be refunded 100% of the course cost paid.
