SAFe Agilist (SA)

This 2-day course teaches participants the Lean-Agile principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).  By reviewing the latest course material from Scaled Agile, learners will be introduced to the values, principles and aspects that make up SAFe. While complex on the surface, our class will highlight the "need to know" elements married with real-world stories of past implementations.

Upon completion of this course participants will be eligible to take the certification exam for the SAFe Agilist (SA) certification, recognized by Scaled Agile

Who Should Attend

Agile leaders and change agents looking to spearhead a Lean-Agile change initiative in an enterprise looking to leverage the values and principles of the Scaled Agile Framework.  Having a strong understanding how Agile teams deliver value leveraging Scrum and Extreme Programming is not required but -highly- recommended.

SAFe Practitioner (SP)

This 2-day course teaches participants how to work in an Agile environment leveraging practices from Scrum, Kanban and Extreme Programming.  By reviewing the latest course material from Scaled Agile, learners will be introduced to techniques for building teams, building their backlog, and how to plan and execute iterations.  By focusing on activities in the Team and Program level, this class will prepare participants to execute a Program Increment and a specific focus on the PI Planning ceremony.

Upon completion of this course participants will be eligible to take the certification exam for the SAFe Practitioner (SP) certification, recognized by Scaled Agile.

SAFe Product Manager/Owner (PMPO)

This 2-day course teaches participants how the roles of the Product Manager, Product Owner, Solution Manager and Epic Owner contribute to the delivery of value in an enterprise leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).  By reviewing the latest course material from Scaled Agile, learners will be exposed to techniques to better enable product development flow, enable Scrum team delivery and help foster adoption of SAFe within their enterprise. 

Upon completion of this course participants will be eligible to take the certification exam for the SAFe PM/PO certification, recognized by Scaled Agile.

Who Should Attend

Delivery-focused personnel including developers, testers, project managers, product managers, and agile practitioners involved in enterprise level activities interested in leveraging the values and principles of the Scaled Agile Framework.  Having an understanding of Scrum is not required but is beneficial.
