Frequently Asked Questions

So, this is just a bunch of videos, right?

Not at all!  We have spent years looking at the science of e-learning and have designed this course to maximize your engagement and retention.  While some other online courses may just have lessons full of videos, every lesson in our on-demand courses has a combination of short videos and exercises - worksheets, puzzles, and quizzes to test your knowledge.  You will never go more than a few minutes without an activity to reinforce the course topics.

Will this course work on my device?

Our on-demand courses are designed to work on any device and browser that supports HTML5. We recommend using a computer with a monitor if you are able just to get full usability for the activities. Video content is configured to allow for closed captioning and transcripts. If you would like to check out how the course looks on your personal setup, each course has a couple of free lessons for you to test the technology out before purchase.

How long will I have access to the course?

Forever! Or at least as close to it as we can promise. Purchasing the course give you lifetime access, so you can reference the materials again as you need them.

Can I get an online credential?

Yes! Our on-demand courses offer an online badge through Certifier to share with your network or employer. You can also get a certificate of completion to add to your collection or submit for learning credit.

Can I pay with a purchase order, or get a receipt for reimbursement?

Yes! Paid registrations provide an automated payment receipt through Stripe, but we support a variety of different payment and reimbursement methods. While payment is required before accessing the course, we are happy to work with you to facilitate invoicing, reimbursement, and other situations, like VAT or purchase orders. Just contact us to let us know your needs, and we will get the conversation going.

Can I share this course with my team?

We encourage you to practice the activities in this course with your team, or to take the course together as part of continued education or 'lunch-and-learn' sessions. Just like a movie or live training, each member of the team will need to have their own license to the course. Please contact us if you would like to explore group licensing for your team or organization.

Each course is licensed for one student only. No sharing of logins is allowed, nor is copying the course for your own purposes. We reserve the right to remove access to the course without a refund if there is evidence of abusing course licensing.

What if I'm not happy? Can I get a refund?

Yes!  If you are unhappy with the course or it doesn't work on your device, let us know within 30 days for a full refund.

 We reserve the right to refuse refunds to students who have completed more than 50% of the course.
