We provide high-quality learning experiences focused on students learning from one another in a dynamic and interactive learning environment. Our courses have been designed to be engaging and filled with energy while providing an exercise-based approach that allows students to learn and practice key topics.  Our in-demand certification courses from industry-leading organizations like Scrum Alliance are for those looking to expand their knowledge with tools and techniques that they can apply in their daily lives.

We offer public training regularly, our current calendar is available here.  We also offer private training options for your team or organization.  A private training course is a great way to get a team 'speaking the same language' and to kickstart their learning. Private training can be combined with coaching or consulting to help reinforce and implement the ideas covered in training.

Train of Thought Series

The Train of Thought series is focused on developing stronger trainers and coaches through servant leadership and better understanding of student needs. We started in 2021 with the release of our new flagship offering, the Trainer Immersion Program (TRIP) course, to be followed by the self-paced online Understanding Educational Objectives (EO).

Event-Based Training

An event-based approach centers around a series of learning and workshops, designed specifically for the top challenges the teams are facing at a particular time.  In a 60-120 minute session, everyone in your organization can participate in an event about an aspect of their learning that is timely and relevant to their work.   Scheduling, topics, and format are chosen in partnership with you, to resonate most effectively with your needs and may include a variety of one-way instruction, team workshops, or facilitated discussion.  Events may be even be recorded for continued learning, or to accommodate team members with scheduling conflicts.

Custom Training

There are times when you need to create a workshop, brown-bag session, or entire training course and have no idea where to start the process.  That's where we come in - we have over 15 years of experience helping others build these experiences because we have been building and delivering courses that entire time tool!  We have helped others create everything from small gatherings to multi-year programs.
