TRIP made a big impact on both my personal and professional growth. It helped me become more confident and effective in how I share knowledge and lead others. The skills I learned have improved not just my training sessions but also how I approach writing, coaching, and leading others. It’s given me tools to communicate more clearly and make a bigger impact in everything I do. It’s made me a better trainer, leader, and mentor. - Steve S.

Prior to taking TRIP, I had no formal training on how to create training materials but had responsibility for coaching and providing guidance on the learning journey for members on my teams, as well as others within my organization. Through taking TRIP, I gained the knowledge required to create classes that foster learning, are energetic, and appropriately tests for understanding. The feedback I've received from learners and leaders in my company have opened doors for more training opportunities. - Stacy B.

I have never built a class from scratch and the TRIP program gave me the necessary skills needed. It gave the ability, the courage, and the skills to create and teach a class that’s now sought after from folks that are across my organization. - Nora V.

Most of my previous trainings and workshops were based off the formal educational experiences, trainings, and workshops that I had participated in as a learner. The downside to that is I didn't know anything about how those had been designed and structured, so TRIP helped me see just how much I had really only been making a logical best guess. Now I have flow, structure, purpose, and better outcomes overall. - Nick Y.

In the past, I would build workshop and classes in an unstructured and haphazard manner. Which means if I was successful, it wasn't fully ""on purpose"". People often don't know what is possible on their own, so it was great to learn what I could truly do with a well written learning objective. Its like I learned how to create content in reverse order. Ultimately, I will never look at a learning objective the same way ever again. - Chris M.

TRIP really helped me develop from being a decent trainer - who did my best - to having an intentional and disciplined approach to the design of my sessions. This has really set my work apart as being professional, thoughtful and having broad impact throughout my organization. - Amy L.

The course challenged me in ways that made me uncomfortable, but pushed me out of comfort zone, and improved my skills and knowledge exponentially. - Amy L.

This program helped me to create meaningful learning objectives that I could build my content around and I have noticed a difference in the overall engagement and what my students can take away after the training. One student recently told me " I thought this session was well prepared and our goal for the hour was clearly defined". Wow! - Amy N.

The pre-work laid a solid foundation that made it easier to dive into the material and really connect with the training. The theory sections introduced ideas in a fresh and eye-opening way that shifted how I think about delivering training at work. Chris’s stories and personal examples made the concepts relatable and gave me clear examples I could emulate in real life. Finally, the practical sections were concrete and actionable, so I left the class ready to start leveling up my training preparation and delivery right away. - Steve S.

Moreover, the focus on handling emotional responses in the classroom was groundbreaking; it emphasized the importance of emotions in the learning process, which is often overlooked in traditional training programs. - Sriharsha B.

It laid out both sides of why things are important for you as the instructor and why those same things are important from the the learner's perspective. - Nick Y.  As much as I enjoyed the week at TRIP, the learning I did online before the class began was my favorite part. Kinda opened my eyes to the way humans actually process the information I want to pass on. Renewed my interest for creating content for workshops and classes. - Chris M.

Its that intangible thing when the audience knows they're in good hands. - Nick Y.
